Our fees are structured as follows:
Wedding Celebration Package - AUD 300
- Pre-wedding consultation via your preferred method of contact (phone and email)
- One piper playing the following:
- Pre-ceremony for up to 1/2 hour
- Brides Processional
- Signing of the Register
- Couple's Recessional
- Playing up to 1/2 hour after the Ceremony
Additional Wedding Services
- Create further impact with an additional piper (Cost based on requirements)
- Each 1/2 hour additional service after the Ceremony AUD 50
To include any of the following:
- Photos with bridal party
- Reception - welcome, speeches, cake cutting etc.
- No1 Military Uniform AUD 45 (per piper)

Funeral and Memorial Services
- Piping at Funeral or Memorial Service up to 1 hour AUD 260
- Each 1/2 hour additional service AUD 50 (per piper)
- No1 Military Uniform AUD 45 (per piper)
General Piping Services
- Piping up to 1 hour AUD 260
- Each 1/2 hour additional service AUD 50 (per piper)
- No1 Military Uniform AUD 45 (per piper)
Terms and Conditions
- Kindly note that these rates do not include travel or accommodation expenses for events outside of the Sydney metropolitan area. These will be agreed and charged on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for an accurate quote
- For weekday events there may be an additional parking surcharge
- Tentative dates will be held for 14 days from preparation of quote. Sydney Bagpipers will contact you if another enquiry is received for your dates prior to your confirmation
- A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking
- Final payment must be received 14 days prior to your event
- No personal cheques or credit card payments will be accepted. Bank transfer or cash payment only
- Requests can be made for a particular piper, however these will be confirmed subject to availability
- Seniors discount available on enquiry
